REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Negus Mansion Clothing. If you're not pleased with your purchase or made a mistake with your purchase, we're here to assist you please read the instructions below on how our refunds and returns policy works so you can be eligible for a refund:

RETURNS
- You have 25-30 days to return the item when you have received your order.
-To eligible for a return, the item must return to us at our headquarters in the exact same condition as when it arrived to you. That includes no stains or damages or signs it's been used.
- The item needs to be sent back in it's original packaging which means also must pay yourself to get it shipped back to our headquarters for evalution.
- Also the item that was purchased needs to have a receipt, serial number, or type of proof of purchase etc.

REFUNDS

- Once your returned item is in our possession, we'll do a deep and thorough inspection which takes up to 1-2 days.
- After that we'll contact you immediately via phone, email or text that we have received your returned item.
- If the inspection was successful (i.e. no stains, no scratches, no usage, or any any signs of damages etc) then we'll approve it and make a full refund to back into your account plus the delivery fee which will be done in up to 1-2 days.

SHIPPING
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. So this means you'll be solely responsible for paying for the shipping costs of your returned item.
