DELIVERY INFORMATION?
Negus Mansion Clothing is based in London, England. For our customers in the United Kingdom, all orders are first class with an additional delivery fee of £2.99 and takes approximately 1-2 days.
For our customers who are based in the all around Europe such as Italy, France, Germany, Belgium etc. All orders are first class as well with an additional fee of £4.99 and takes approximately 3-7 working days.

For our customers based around the world such as places like Africa, The Americas, Asia etc. All orders are first class with an additional fee of £6.99 and takes approximately 6-7 working days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM(S)?
Customers can track their item on Royal Mail. It's very simple, after a purchase has been made you'll be emailed or messaged a serial number for order, then go on the website of Royal Mail, type it in, from there you should be able to track your order, see where it is and how far until it reaches your location.
WASH GUIDE?
* When using a washing machine wash item of clothing inside out with cold water.
* Tumble dry low or hang dry.
* DO NOT iron directly on any of the graphics that are on the clothing.
* If you want to iron the clothing that's fine, however please avoid the iron coming contact with the graphics.
PRIVACY POLICY
Many customers have asked what happens with their information, it's simple when you buy something from our store as part of the purchasing and selling process we'll need the details to ship the item to you and for us to receive the payment. Once it's completed it'll be erased until another purchase is made in the future. Plus all customer information regrading names, payment details, addresses, numbers etc is STRICTLY confidential between the business and the customer.
